We are ready to help when you need us. We are aware that no two survivors have the same experience, and we strive to provide help that respects the differences amongst us. We can walk with you on your road to recovery, providing appropriate and sensitive support for not only survivors of sexual violence, but also their whānau and friends.
Social Work Support - Mahi Tauwhiro
Our social work service provides emotional support, advocacy and information for survivors of sexual abuse and their whānau. This can include information on legal and medical processes and other resources available in the community. We can support survivors at medical and police appointments or appointments with other agencies. We also offer support to survivors and their whānau through court processes.
Counselling - Mahi Tohuora
Our counsellors provide specialist therapeutic services to children, adolescents and adults who have experienced sexual abuse and their whānau. The counselling service can help to understand the complex ways in which abuse may have affected life and relationships, provide a place to explore responses to the abuse, and develop new skills and resources.
ACC Sensitive Claims Therapy - Kerēme ACC Whakauaua

Community Education - Akoranga Hapori
ARCS delivers and supports a variety of education initiatives in the community on sexual violence prevention, issues and supporting survivors. We are available to provide workshops and seminars.
